Fees for architectural services are based on the extent of services required, the value of the building work to be carried out, and the complexity of the design brief. Refer to the Services section of our website for more information.

An initial free no obligation consultation is available at the Architects office to browse through our portfolio of completed work, discuss your project, explain our services and the process of design. A consultation fee is charged if you prefer the Architect to come to your home or the building site.

All services are based on a negotiated fee prior to work commencing. Typical service & fee packages for a residential project are:

• Level 1 Service 1-2 % of estimated building cost

• Level 2 Service 2-3 % of estimated building cost

• Level 3 Service 3-5 % of building Cost

Partial Architectural services and other projects including minor alterations & additions are available at hourly rates as follows-
Principal Architect $100/hr + GST
Registered Architect $80/hr + GST
CAD Drafting $60/hr + GST

Fees are negotiable, however the fees are related to the amount of work required for each stage.
